Before you sign up
Is listing an event on Dine free?
Yes. Creating a host account and listing your events costs nothing this season, and Dine takes no cut of your tickets.
How do guests pay?
Into your own account. Guests either pay your UPI ID and upload the payment screenshot for you to check, or pay by card or UPI through your own Razorpay account. Dine never holds ticket money.
Do I approve every booking?
You choose for each event. Approve every booking yourself, or let bookings through on their own.
How do guests get their entry pass?
Once a booking is approved, the guest gets a link to their pass with the entry QR. It goes out on WhatsApp from your WhatsApp Business number, and by email if they gave one.
What if the internet drops at the door?
The door screen downloads your guest list before doors open and checks QR codes on the phone itself. It syncs when the network is back and flags a pass used at two gates.
Who can host on Dine?
Restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, hotels, resorts, banquets and event organisers. RestroFi reviews every host before their events go live.
Do I need RestroFi to use Dine?
No. Dine events works on its own, with its own host account.
Where do guests find my event?
On dine.restrofi.com, in the Dine app on Android, and anywhere you share your event link. The iPhone app is coming soon.
