Questions hosts ask
Who gets the ticket money?
You do. Guests pay your UPI ID or your own Razorpay account directly. Dine never collects or holds ticket money.
Why does RestroFi review hosts?
RestroFi reviews every host before their events go live, so guests only see real venues and organisers. You can set up and draft events while we review.
Do I need a RestroFi POS?
No. Dine works on its own for any restaurant, bar, club, hotel, banquet hall or event company.
How do guests get their pass?
When a booking is approved, the guest gets a WhatsApp message with a link to their pass and entry QR. If they gave an email, it goes there too.
What if the internet is down at the door?
Door check-in works offline. Download the guest list before doors open; scans sync when the phone is back online, and reused passes are flagged.
Can my staff help?
Yes. Add managers who can run events and guests, and door staff who only see the check-in screen, optionally for one event.
